Top-notch place, lovely beds, pleasant staff. Ideal setting in the very nice area, not far from the zoo, bus route into city centre, Edinburg.

It was excellent value for money in contrast to other hotels. Fantastic breakfast and proactive staff for delightful stay. Room was furnished and complete with walk in shower. Pleasant location, 10 minutes' walk to St ninians. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Hotel decor was modern, I appreciated good staff and rooms. Fabulous bedrooms and lovely pool. It was centrally located in a super area. Besides, wee beasties was 1 km away from the venue.

The folks working here where HELPFUL and we loved its touristic location. Lots of food for breakfast including toast, pastries, jam and cheese. Found in the exceptional area. Also, a large parkland zoo was only 1 km from the accommodation. Overall clean hotel, efficient service.

charming location, thorough staff, very early check in. very big beds, balcony, wifi and terrace were a nice touch. cafe costa coffee located 1 km away was a nice surprise. gorgeous gardens on the territory. great value for our weekend.
